Dr. Ehab Shanti

AI & Networks Sociologist | Researcher | FOUNDER

Demystifying Artificial Intelligence

I’m Ehab Shanti, an AI and networks sociologist, founder, and speaker. I help organizations understand artificial intelligence — not just how it works, but what it means.

My work focuses on demystifying AI by uncovering how algorithms and digital systems shape human behaviour, decision-making, and institutional power.

I bridge the gap between complex technical systems and the social realities they influence, helping organisations anticipate risks, align AI with their values, and build more ethical, human-centred technologies. If you’re navigating the intersection of AI and society, I can help you do it with clarity and foresight.

Expertise

Network Theory & Complex Systems

Understanding how ideas, behaviors, and influence travel across social, economic, and digital infrastructures

Sociology of Artificial Intelligence

Examining the societal, political, and ethical dimensions of algorithmic systems and automation

Natural Language Processing (NLP)

Investigating how language models shape discourse, narrative, and perception at scale

Geometric Deep Learning

Exploring structural intelligence through graph- and manifold-based learning techniques

Viral Outreach & Information Diffusion

Analyzing the mechanisms of attention, virality, and strategic messaging in networked environments

Engagements

AI is no longer just a technical system, it’s a social and commercial force. With a deep understanding of how AI actually works, from model design to deployment, I help organizations make sense of its real-world implications.

In my talks, I break down complex processes and connect them to the broader systems they shape. My workshops equip teams to think critically about AI’s impact and strategic potential.

Through research collaborations, I bridge technical depth with big-picture thinking to tackle the hard questions others overlook.I don’t just explain AI, I unpack what it does, what it means, and why it matters.
